Review Policy

UPDATE: I am behind on my reading at this time. Please know that I am still working on making my way through the list that I have and will still consider books for future reviews.


I will respond to review requests as quickly as possible. However, I simply can not read fast enough to read every book I am offered for review.  I mainly accept self-published and indie authors for review. (I do post reviews for other books that I've read as well, but that's not my main focus.)

If I agree to review a book, I will be happy to accept ARC's as well as finished copies of books. I have a Kindle and prefer .mobi files for ebooks. I will accept PDF versions, if necessary. Author interviews and/or giveaways will be limited to books/authors that I have read prior to the interview or giveaway being scheduled.

I try to review a range of genres so if you are unsure, please send me an email.

All Reviews posted on my site are written by me, unless stated as a guest review.

A word about my review style.  I do not just write a synopsis or rehash the story.  I try to keep my reviews short and sweet. I will absolutely not lie and, as such, I will not promise a "good" review.  I can only promise that I will be honest and fair.

I post my reviews to my blog, Amazon, Goodreads, and wherever else I can find the book.

  - An amazing book that is definitely worth the read
  - A good book, worth checking out

  - I didn't really enjoy it but had good aspects
  - I couldn't get into the story at all
